Do I have to pay to enter?
No. Every eligible entrant can obtain one completely free entry through our Facebook or Instagram DM entry route.

Can I enter for free and also buy additional entries?
Yes. Your free entry remains valid and you can purchase up to four additional entries.

How many entries can I have?
Up to one standard free entry, four additional paid entries and, if claimed, one bonus free entry — maximum six.

What happens to the £5 I pay?
Each £5 paid for an additional entry also gives you £5 Level Up Credit toward a qualifying Level Up service.

Do I lose my credit if I don't win?
No. Your credit is not dependent on winning.

Can a FREE entry win?
Absolutely. FREE, PAID and BONUS entry numbers are included in the same random selection process.

When is the winner drawn?
1 October 2026 at approximately 7PM.

Where is the prize installed?
At Level Up EXP, Unit 5 Guardian Road Industrial Estate, Norwich, NR5 8PF.

Can you remove my existing tint?
No. Existing aftermarket tint removal isn't included.
